Midnight Snack (invite needed)

~A~ was sneaking into from her room to the kitchens for a midnight snack. She smiled brightly as she saw the hall was clear. She needed her addiction , strawberries. She tip toed and pulled the refrigerator open and took a strawberry cake she had baked with the cooks.

" Delicious" she whispered

L was already in the kitchen area eating some cake and looked up at her "Angel?" he asked

She jumped and looked up running towards the wall to turn on the light.

" Oh sorry L! .....I was....I was getting cake" she said shyly.

He looked at her with an aloof look on his face "Oh Well, The cake is right here" he mumbled

She smiled brightly cheeks red.


" I am sorry to interrupt your midnight snack. If I am bothering you I am really sorry" she whispered

"No Your not bothering me" he muttered and took a bite of the cake

She blushed and went over to pull a chair dragging it to sit across from him.

" Is it true ......everything they say I mean" she said

"Is what true?' he asked and took another bite

She blushed softly.

" Well, I read from the internet that there is a new case you are dealing with" she said softly. " I wanted to know...what do you think of Kira?"

"..Yes, I've seen It's on the internet, I'll have to have that removed" he mumbled "Well, Kira is in Japan the Kanton region, I know much about him already, it wont be hard to find him"

She smiled softly and took a bite of cake nodding.

" No doubt. Wait......if you specified an area, that means that you will be leaving us soon is that correct? For Kanto?" she asked

"That is correct" he mumbled and took another bite of cake

She looked at him curiously.

" I do not mean to offend you at all L when I say this but , how can you get Kiras attention if you are not very social. No one in Wammys truly is. I mean to say is that, we are not social creatures , and from what I see Kira has supporters as well has qualities that a demigod. "

"I Have my ways of getting Kira's Attention" he said "I Will approach him head on and confuse him, scare him, get into his mind.."

She frowned.

" Well I mean Kira has the gift of Cult of Personality, I suspect. For in Kanto it is known to roam for its been there through history"

He smiled "Justice will prevail as it always does, This case may be different from the rest but I will solve no matter what" he said

She looked down and mumbled.

" Does it not depend on what paradox you have? For one person has another definition of justice than the man next to him" she replied

She looked amused.

She sighed.
