The Red Rose Cafe

Angel entered and smiled as she saw a person she hadn't seen since they were in Wammys. She shook her head at the waiter and walked towards the table.

" Hey chica" she replied smiling brightly " Long time no see"

Carys' face suddenly lit up "Lovely!"

"I agree, it's been way too long," she stood up and hugged her friend, before sitting down again "You look so well...how've you been?"

She laughed lightly hugging back and she sat down smiling brightly.

" I have been great, came to visit Kanto for a while, Paris ......well it bore me really. A city of romance with no one to share, its a total fail" she said laughing

She looked at her friend and her eyes got bright.

" And talking about romance ..........how is Matt?" she asked

"Paris sounds so pretty," she smiled, sitting down and leaning on her hands, smiling.

"M-Matt?" she stuttered, blushing "Yeah...umm...yeah, Matt's good...heh.."

She laughed and looked at her amused. Since they were little , she knew Carys had a crush on Matt. She saw it from the moment she entered Wammys.

" Oh? I bet you are taking care of him" she replied amused

Carys tucked her hair behind her ear, smiled and blushed redder.

"Yeah, I guess you could say that..."

She laughed and ordered their favorite meals and thanked the waiter later.

" Well how are you too, still not sure about where you are?"

Carys shrugged, glad the subject had changed from Matt "Not really. I've been offered a job in America, but that's all I know. I feel kinda lost, y'know?"

"Anyways, what are you doing with your life, lovely?"

She smiled tiredly.

" Oh you leaving us here in Kanto, I barely moved in a week ago. Well France was interesting , I missed talking in my native tongue you know? But I miss those Wammy times sometimes" she whispered softly cheeks turning pink.
