1. Please Behave yourselves while you are here.
2. Keep swearing to a minimum.
3. Respect the Staff.
4. Do Not Give your character a death note without Admin Permission.
5. Do Not Kill a Character without the Creators Permission First.
6. Natural Kira's must be approved by the whole staff
